By booking a session with me, you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking & payment

Your booking is confirmed once date, time and location are agreed.

Full payment is due before the session starts, via bank transfer.

For tours: full payment upfront on the day of the tour

Sorry, no card payments on location.
2. Cancelling & rescheduling

Cancel more than 48 hours ahead — free of charge.

Cancel within 48 hours, or no-show — full payment stays due, no refund.

Need to reschedule? Fine up to 48 hours in advance, if there's availability.

If I have to cancel, you'll get a full refund or a new date.
3. Start time

We start on the agreed time — arriving late shortens your session, the end time doesn't move.

Group shoots start on time even if not everyone's there yet, so we don't lose daylight.
4. Delivery & usage rights

Edited photos land in your inbox within 14 days via WeTransfer (funeral photography: within 48 hours).

You get personal usage rights for all photos. Want to use them commercially? Check with me first.

I keep copyright and may use photos for my portfolio, website and social media.

Funeral photography is treated with strict confidentiality — never shared or published without the family's explicit okay.
5. Liability & force majeure

I'm not liable for loss, theft or damage to your belongings during a session.

I'm not liable for weather or other things outside my control.

Technical failure or force majeure preventing delivery? Full refund.
6. Behavior

Respectful behavior is expected. Inappropriate behavior can end the session early, no refund.
7. Weather & changes

Sessions depend on weather and light — if conditions aren't right, we reschedule or cancel together.

I may adjust location, route or schedule for safety or practical reasons.
8. Agreement
By booking a session, you confirm you've read and agree to these terms.
