Terms & Conditions β Lifestyle & Portrait Photography 1. Booking & Payment Photo shoots are scheduled in advance via WhatsApp or email. Payment is due 7 days before the shoot, cby banktransfer. Your booking is confirmed once the date, time and location have been agreed upon, payment has been received and you have accepted these terms and conditions. 2. Cancellations Please cancel as early as possible, but no later than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows without notice may result in a cancellation fee. Payment will not be refunded in that case. 3. Start Time & Attendance The shoot starts at the agreed time. We also start if not everyone is present β we do this intentionally to make the most of the natural light conditions. Arriving late may result in a shorter shoot. The end time does not automatically shift. 4. Health & Safety Participants are expected to follow the photographer's instructions at all times. The photographer is not responsible for accidents resulting from reckless behavior or failure to follow safety instructions. 5. Liability The photographer is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the shoot. Participation is entirely at your own risk. 6. Behavior & Conduct Respectful behavior is expected from all participants. The photographer reserves the right to end the shoot early in the event of inappropriate behavior. No refund will be given in that case. 7. Weather & Changes Photo shoots depend on weather and lighting conditions. If conditions are unsuitable, the shoot will be rescheduled or cancelled in consultation with the client. The photographer reserves the right to adjust the location or schedule for operational or safety reasons. 8. Photos & Delivery Edited photos are delivered within 7 days via WeTransfer. The photographer retains the copyright to all images. The photographer reserves the right to use the images for commercial purposes, such as portfolio, website and social media, unless the client has indicated otherwise prior to the shoot.
