Terms & Conditions – Curacao Island & PhotographyTours 1. Booking & Payment • Tours must be booked in advance online. • Payment is cash on the day of the tour. We do not have a Card payment machine. • Booking is confirmed once we agreed the time and schedule and oke for thus terms and conditions 2. Cancellations, as soon as possible but al least 48 hours in advance Tour Times • Tours start at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter tour or forfeited booking. 3. Health & Safety • Participants must be able to walk short distances and follow the guide’s instructions. • The guide is not responsible for accidents caused by reckless behavior or ignoring safety rules. 4. Liability • The guide is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. • Customers participate at their own risk. 5. Behavior & Conduct • Respectful behavior is expected. The guide may end the tour early for inappropriate behavior. No refund will be given in that case. 6. Weather & Changes • Tours depend on weather and safety conditions. If a tour cannot proceed, it will be rescheduled or canceled. • The guide may adjust the route or schedule for safety or operational reasons.
