πΈ Herinnerings- & Uitvaartfotografie Afscheid nemen is een van de meest emotionele momenten in het leven. Op zulke momenten kan fotografie een blijvende herinnering creΓ«ren β iets om vast te houden wanneer woorden tekortschieten. Met zorg, respect en discretie leg ik de essentie van de dag vast: de mensen, de sfeer en de kleine maar betekenisvolle details. Ik werk uitsluitend met natuurlijk licht, waardoor de beelden puur en authentiek blijven. Mijn aanwezigheid is kalm en onopvallend, zodat u en uw familie zich kunnen concentreren op het samenzijn. Na de sessie selecteer en bewerk ik de foto's zorgvuldig, zodat u beelden ontvangt die het moment echt weergeven. Terms & Conditions β Funeral Photography 1. Booking & Payment Funeral photography can be booked via WhatsApp or email, also on short notice. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. The booking is confirmed once payment has been received and these terms and conditions have been accepted. In urgent situations, please contact us directly β we will always do our best to accommodate you. 2. Cancellations We understand that circumstances surrounding a farewell can change unexpectedly. Please inform us as soon as possible if the session cannot proceed. If the session is cancelled after payment has been made, we will discuss a suitable arrangement together. 3. During the Session The photographer works calmly and discreetly in the background. Your family comes first β the photography follows. We follow your wishes and pace at all times. Nothing is forced or rushed. 4. Health & Safety The photographer will always act with respect for the family, the venue and any rules that apply. Instructions from funeral home staff or family members will be followed at all times. 5. Liability The photographer is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the session. Participation is entirely at your own risk. 6. Photos & Delivery All images are carefully selected and edited with the greatest care and respect. Delivery is within 48 hours via WeTransfer, in high resolution, ready to print and share. Additional editing (such as removing distracting details) is available on request, with a quote provided in advance. The photographer retains the copyright to all images. 7. Privacy All images made during a funeral session are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Photos will never be used for portfolio, social media or any other purpose without the explicit permission of the family.
